Morally abhorrent and utterly smug. The film seems to encourage us to support a selfish arsehole whose sole objective is to ruin someone's wedding day. These films usually have the groom-to-be turn out to be an awful bastard, but that is not the case here, instead we're left to see that the protagonist is an awful bastard and he gets the girl.
What horrendous shit.
