Dagenham is a large suburb of east London where there is a Ford factory, and where this movie takes place. This true story is about the fight for equal pay in the 60s. Though historical, it was light and entertaining and I loved the fashions.
Unfortunately, it left me feeling that although things have come a long way, women are still not equally paid in the work place. Perhaps it's time for another revolution...?
