Review of Made in Dagenham (2010) by Paul W — 09 Mar 2013
A group of women turn into an unlikely labor force as 187 machinists at a Ford plant in England go on strike for equal pay in 1968. Sally Hawkins is wonderful as Rita O'Grady, the leader of the strikers.
A feel-good movie based largely in a real life incident. The film does a great job recreating England in the 60s, with music to accompany. Recommended for adults.
