Review of Made (2001) by Colin Y — 09 Feb 2009
A kitchsy, low brow, blunt and grueling grind of a movie following a couple of mediocre guys, leading shocking lives as mafia heavy men. They certainly could learn a thing or two from John Travolta & Samuel L Jackson's dynamic duo out of Pulp Fiction in terms of comaraderie and wise cracks.
However not withstanding, this movie can qualify as entertaining because it takes you to places and allows you to witness things you are never likely (and thankfully) too otherwise.
