What I never saw coming was the powerhouse that was Mad Max: Fury Road. From its exhilarating soundtrack, to his fantastic special effects (that don't abuse its CGI, and is in fact mostly practical, which adds a level of rawness) and its two amazing leads in Furiosa and Mad Max, this movie is definitely an action packed and explosive joy ride from beginning to end. There's so many cool moments in this movie, from the guitar flamethrower guy, to the spear throwing, self chroming war boys, and the ass-kicking Furiosa, this is the action genre at its finest.
