Review of Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) by Phil D — 27 Apr 2016

I didn't know what to expect coming into this movie. I had no idea what the story was, the beginning had me worried that it would be a little too "Sci-Fi" for my liking but this movie turned out pretty good.

The fight scenes are insane and they are continuous. There is almost no down time whatsoever. I do think Max and Furiosa's crew being outnumbered so many times should have somehow created more problems for them but hey that's movies and that's what you come to expect.

A lot of cool detail went into this movie and it had me on the edge of my seat for the most part. I did not expect to give it more than 3 stars coming in because this is not typically my type of movie.

Go figured.
