Undeniably crafted by a master of action, featuring stunning scenes of explosions and chases, it's a shame Miller and Co. forgot to include a good story and characters to go with it. Beyond Furiosa, there's no relatable characters, and even she's not fleshed out very well. I get that this movie isn't trying to be a multi-layered character piece, and that's fine. But that doesn't mean it gets a free pass.
