Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior improves on everything that made Mad Max a cult film. It's faster, more well made, and like the first, it's a film that tells a very simple plot yet has memorable characters and staggering action scenes.
.. except even better. When it comes to sequels, it may not be like Alien to Aliens, where an already great film is amazingly exceeded by its follow-up, but Mad Max 2 is a good movie, if not one of the best exploitation films ever made.
