Review of Mad Max 2 (1981) by Vincent O — 23 Jan 2012
The only sequel to be construed as being far superior to the first and this really blows away the original in every department. The concluding chase sequence is pure magic, plus the characters, costumes, stunt work and realisation are just about perfect.
The action never lets up from start to finish and pt 2 should be in everyones top 100. If 'Punk Rock' was a movie it would look like 'Mad Max 2'. Brilliant!
