Very Rank & Low Budget. The Futuristic Concepts Do Hold Up As Issues Of Concern That A World Might See Itself In Dire-Straits Over Resources (Oil) Being Used All Up. A Good Idea That Doesn't Quite Hold Water In The Low-Budget Production.
