Review of Mad Hot Ballroom (2005) by Joe B — 21 Aug 2007
Cute documentary about a ten-week ballroom course 4th and 5th graders across NYC are required to take. They learn many different dances, including the tango, the swing, etc. This documentary followed three different classes from three different school and their journey to the quarter finals, semi finals, and finals.
The kids give their own commentary and it's quite hilarious some of the things they say. I now want to learn how to do the swing dance, it looks like a lot of fun!
