Absolutelly a must see. Chile right before the Pinochet regime took control of the government. It shows how divided were social classes in Chile. It also gives us a hint on why Latin America needed social reforms during the 1970's, and how the hopes for transformation were just brutally destroyed by the Pinchet regime.
