Review of Machine-Gun Kelly (1958) by Jarett B — 08 Sep 2010
There is nothing fancy about Bronson's first leading role. It's pretty low budget (there might be 4 set pieces...) and it plays more like a short newspaper article than a film. However, it's still great to see Brons rip things up.
There is a ton of psychological pathways that could be explored with Kelly that would be very informative. Not much of his character is revealed here, but hopefully someday a film is produced that explores his darker side.
