Review of Machete Kills (2013) by Henrik B — 24 Jun 2014
The first Machete movie was decent entertainment. But Machete Kills takes everything that worked fine in Machete and takes it to extremes. The trivial one-liners and the exaggerated violence destroys the entire entertainment value. In short, the film tries to be much more than it is.
