Review of Machete (2010) by Rob Ó — 31 Dec 2011
I was not expecting to like Machete as much as I did. It delivers exactly what it promises and then some. With the exceptions of El Mariachi & his director's cut of Sin City I'm usually disappointed by the movies of Robert Rodriguez.
Though his audio commentaries for the DVDs will teach you more about filmmaking than dozens of other filmmakers who just blather on about how awesome & innovative they are and how great their actors & crew are.
