The movie is so silly with its over the top bad-a epic moments that it's somehow good. It's like they bunched in every awesome action moment they could squeeze and think of into one movie. I don't care if it wasn't up to quality like other top end movies, wasn't expecting it to be with Steven Seagal in the cast, but it was fun to watch.
It was so silly at times that I'd be laughing and be impressed at the thought they put into the violence and the imagery and writing. If I was a naive kid watching back then that wasn't too young to watch but not too old to not be impressed then I'd have a blast.
