MacGruber is a Will Forte SNL skit stretched for about 90 mins. It has basically three jokes, but the whole film is basically one big joke spoofing 1980s action flicks. If you like the MacGruber skits and spoofs about the 1980s, this is a good movie.
Otherwise, wait for the Comedy Central airing to satisfy your curiosity.
