Review of MacGruber (2010) by Jeff B — 19 Jun 2011

I didn't expect much out of this and didn't really get much, so I guess it met my expectations. I've never really seen the skit on SNL (I haven't watched SNL in years, so that's probably why) and it wasn't that funny of a character to make a feature.

I think many of the jokes were just reaching for laughs (asking who he needs to have sex with all the time, the cucumber, etc). Val Kilmer was a pretty entertaining villain and Ryan Phillippe was okay, but honestly, it's been a couple weeks since I saw it and I don't remember many of the jokes.
