Review of Macbeth (2015) by Jake G — 09 Apr 2016
One star is less a reflection of 'Macbeth's technical quality and more a measure of the extent to which I personally enjoyed it. The glimpses of acting and visual artistry are massively overcome by my constant struggle to translate the heavily metaphorical Shakespearean Scottish dialect.
Felt too close to an English lesson.
