Review of M (1931) by Eric V — 13 Apr 2008
A very powerful introspection into the mind of a killer. Brings up interesting thoughts about insanity and how it causes people to kill. The film is powerful because the viewer empathizes with the killer - a trick that Lang exploits masterfully to cause the audience to really think about the way society and justice work.
