What a thought provoking masterpiece. And it's shame how much hasn't changed in 80 years regarding the way society handles murderers walking the line of insanity and street hustlers being the wise ones compared to cops in the good versus evil debate of justice.
Though I'm sure there are many exceptions which could be argued.
