Review of Lust, Caution (2007) by Jennifer L — 10 Nov 2008
Ang Lee sure does love a good melodrama. A bit to start, and the initial premise seems a bit too much of stretch, but once all parties finally meet in Hong Kong the story and action picks up. Erotic, particularly if you like it a bit rough.
Tony Leung departs from his usual romantic leads and plays a nasty villain. He might be gettin' a little long in the tooth, though, for all those naked scenes (sorry, Tony).
