Lucy aims to entertain cinema-goers with SFX. Don't take any of it seriously. It's a SCIENCE FICTION. There's an element of fiction at play here. You'll leave the cinema dumber for believing any of it.
However, the visual experience makes up for all of it. Entertaining and worth viewing on a mammoth screen.
