Review of Lucky You (2007) by Ingrid H — 26 Jan 2008
This film meanders and feels a lot like it struggles to find footing until it reaches the poker tournament at the end of the story when it becomes clear what this movie is really about. The relationship between Drew Barrymore's Billie and Eric Bana's Huck is quite unconvincing and at times hard to read.
Overall there are some nice moments in this film but it lacks conviction.
