Review of Lucky You (2007) by Blæke W — 17 Sep 2010
A better than average, kinda awefull romance but lifts with modern poker game support.
The ultimate climax is entirly boring but its gettin there that's the ride. ..right.
Aussie Eric Bana plays a good cool guy gone through rough times growing up, under the wing of a poker game champion father. He dosnt seem to have had much upbringing but is street smart and so ...nice, as shown to us captivatingly whilst wooing an ever charming Drew Barrymore. Her performance now this time again a reason for my bias towards an woefully average film come very enjoyable watch for a night in.
Robert Duval playing his father is one of the greatest actors alive (with just one look) lifting another notch or two completely.
Anyway don't allow yourself to expect much, instead be pleasently suprised.
