Review of Loving (2016) by Sam S — 20 Nov 2016

Saw this movie yesterday still running only in select theaters. Great Movie depiction of the landmark Loving v. Virginia Supreme Court decision that declared anti miscegenation laws are illegal.

Brilliantly acted out by Joel Edgerton and Ruth Negga, this real story is a stepping stone in the progress of American society and our still ongoing struggle to establish it.

I think stories like these need to be told just to remind Americans how far we have come in the great struggle for equality and civil rights and at least most of us will fight for it .
