Review of Lovely Molly (2011) by Jennifer T — 31 Aug 2012

Although the plot was not original, there was a few aspects of this movie that won me over. I liked the pace- each scene seemed realistic in its relaxed timing rather than being a compilation of too many events crammed awkardly into and hour and a half, which far too many movies are.

The actress who played Molly is phenominal and gave an utterly convincing portrayal of someone who is plummeting into insanity. There was also a good balance of suspense which left room for the imagination, and just enough grisly imagery to get a point across and leave an impression.

Bravo! I loved it.
