Review of Love Story (2011) by Trevor L — 18 Jan 2011
(After being asked, I have given Love Story a second viewing).
The film is dated, a lot of the dialogue is forced at times, the acting by Ali MacGraw is teeth-grating at times, but the emotions ring true and the chemistry between MacGraw and O'Neal is wonderful. It's not a perfect movie, but it does feel like a personal romance between two young lovers.
