John Lithgow and Alford Molina give fantastic moving performances as a newly wedded older gay couple who are forced to live apart. The cinematography and music almost complete a beautiful screen portrait.
Unfortunately the script leaves many dangling participles and the editing is sloppy at best. What could have been a wonderful film is spoiled by an apparent rush to finish.
