Beautifully shot and showing a heart-warming story of two people in love struggling. The sexuality of the protagonists is never the issue which gives the movie an uplifting spirit. Life is complicated and deals with a variety of issues such as discrimination, family-pressure, financial crisis but is never preachy about it.
Love is strange is certainly not a feelgood-movie but a story worth telling on screen.
