Review of Love in the Time of Cholera (2007) by Hilary H — 14 Jun 2009
Here is an example of a very big difference in the book vs. the movie. In the book our main character is in his 30s and decides he is madly in love-at-first-sight w/ a 12yr old which is why her dad was like,"no".
In the movie all of that is glossed over and we see a man that waits his whole life to be with the one, because he had to wait for her husband to die, and ends up with her finally. True Love Waits I suppose.
