Review of Love & Other Drugs (2010) by Tatnay G — 18 Jul 2011
As a film, 'Love and Other Drugs' is garbled mess of ideals and plot that never come together as perfectly as you'd like. As a romantic-comedy however, its actually enjoyable. This is in large part to the charismatic performance by Gyllenhaal, and a heartfelt one from Hathaway.
They work pretty well together, even if the film can't decide exactly what sub-genre it wants to be a part of. In the end though, you generally had fun, but you wouldn't try it again.
