Dano, Cusack, Giamatti and Banks are core performers and handle the script well, and fans get the inside scoop on Wilson's entrapment by a manipulator. But, the elongated paranoid and drug-induced scenes got quite old and made the movie drag a number of times.
The editor's razor needed to be a little sharper.
