Kate Beckinsale performance was excellent, it's probably one of her best and her character Lady Susan is just so manipulative yet extremely intelligent. Her presence makes the movie so much better and witty. It really was a movie that although slow at times, makes you laugh and be amazed at the script and Beckinsale's performance.
