Review of Love and Death (2013) by Travis T — 21 Jan 2009
Love and Death is pretty goofy. I laughed hard and felt a little embarrassed considering I've never seen a Woody Allen film and these are the comedies my parents loved. I appreciated Allen's attention to comedy and philosophical arguements.
Although there's some moment's where Allen would go too far through arguments that he stumbles on continuing the story. Its a ridiculous film, Any film spoofing 19th century Russia should. But its absolutely funny and both Keaton and Allen work well together.
I really enjoyed it. For the most part, the timing was on. Then there were moments where you wanted Allen to keep moving forward.
