On my way to IGGBASH, on the Volvo, they played this movie.. so, it had the privilege of being my 2nd Hindi movie of the year :P.
The movie was definitely well done. But I dont know what they were trying to get at. Was the movie trying to say that Love now a days is DIFFERENT or is it nothing different?
The best part was the flashback punjabi stuff. The part in the present how they show "Ph we are just friends" nonsense. Its too unrealistic to believe. The part in california where Saif has a loop of daily life, was totally like that dexter episode where he enjoys being without DeeDee but later realises it.
So many other things in the movie were just things that happened for one scene and didnt make sense.
It didnt feel like a total waste however.
