Review of Lost River (2015) by Ryan B — 12 Apr 2015

I was actually disappointed by this. Not because I expected it to be a good movie (while I would have liked it to have been), I just expected to have some really beautiful and interesting imagery shown that stuck with me, but this movie was just boring.

Now I love artsy indie movies, and I even really like Only God Forgives, another film that Ryan Gosling was involved with that split audiences down the middle. This, however, is trying to be deep and symbolic, but it's just bland.
