Review of Lost River (2015) by Jordan L — 20 Apr 2015

Ryan Gosling's directoral debut can be summed up in 2 sections. Plotwise its all over the place where Billy (Christina Hendricks) a mother of two is drawn into a dark fantasy underworld whilst at the same time one of her sons discovers a secret road leading into a lost underwater town.

Whilst the plan may have been solid the execution was less so. On the other hand the films sound editing and visuals gave an amazing feels to it that the story and acting couldnt quite adhere to.
