It was a good movie for its time. The characters I feel interact well with each other, and the whole time travel thing was pretty cool. the tone was pretty awesome with the effects of the 90's, but you know the kid parts were kind of lame but necessary.
Dr. Smith was super evil, At least they didn't ruin the whole feel of it with like sex jokes and shitty content like now a days.
