Terrible. Worst two details:
I) The fussy robot's voice is back, but instead of being one who gets in arguments with The Doctor, it's now an example of shameless pandering to kids. It's now the voice of the little boy who must stay home but has to stay home form the action.
Ii) There's a little alien pet in the movie with eyelids that shut horizontally. It has become a classic case among animators as a horrible example of OVERacting by a CG character.
