Review of Lost Highway (1997) by Charlie F — 18 Dec 2008
In true David Lynch form, this film is told from a subjective perspective that by nature offers little explanation of plot. This is by design, and this film certainly achieves its goals of shared confusion and anxiety between characters and viewers, and it should be noted that perhaps no one does this better than David Lynch.
Although not perfect, this movie is definitely one to see if you're into the Lynch. If you're new to it, start with Blue Velvet instead.
