The first time I saw this I never really enjoyed it but I have since seen it again and thoroughly enjoyed it. nic cage delivers another strong performance as the anti hero wo trades arms to other countries who use the ammunition to dictate their countries.
it is very accurate on many counts as this is the way the world works now....great performances from all involved in particularly cage and ethan hawke.
