It's silly and fun, which is exactly what it should be. The only thing it really lacks is some teeth- Looney Tunes were generally more intelligent than this movie is, and that's what distances them in my mind from Tom and Jerry and other shorts.
Nonetheless, I laughed out loud throughout- it's just so goofy, and the timing is perfect on the jokes. Let it be known, when I inevitably remake the Star Wars prequels the way they should be done, I WILL cast Timothy Dalton as Darth Tyranus.
