A down on his luck postman starts having visions of Eric Cantona who gives him worldly advice to help him deal with his relationships. A lightweight film for Ken Loach, even with the subplots of gangland violence and disenfrachised youths, but delightfully played by all involved (Cantona is a revelation) and it even gets away with an almost fairytale wish fullfillment ending.
