Review of Long Shot (2019) by Grantd243 — 08 Oct 2019
Charlize Theron falling in love with Seth Rogen is not a very believable storyline, but that's kind of the point in Long Shot. The thing is, though, that's really all there is to it. Charlize is the Secretary of State and Seth eventually becomes her speech writer (they know each other from middle school), and she falls in love with him.
It is just a normal romantic comedy otherwise. It was a joy to watch but so are most average romantic films.
