Ok, so this is a modern take on the RomCom. Similar formula in terms of plot, with some feminism, heavy swearing, crass sex scenes...but still the happy ending. Overall Seth's and Charlize's characters were charming and "somewhat" believable as lovers.
; ). In addition, as the backdrop to the story was politics, there was FINALLY a positive characterization of a Republican in this movie! Is Hollywood finally listening? Won't say who, but it was pretty great.
