Review of London Town (2017) by Susan B — 06 Oct 2016
A young boy from a broken home, trying to find his place. Daniel Huddlestone, did a powerful job. The scenery of London in the late 70's, was perfect. The story could have been anywhere. Jonathan Rhys Meyers, was authentic as Joe Strummer.
A woman in the audience knew Joe personally and said the portrayal was perfect. The direction by Derrick Borte, was exceptional. I will see this again because I didn't always get the accents! Beautifully done!
