A precursor to Mary and Martha, another BB film with similar plot structure - parents seeking to understand the loss of their children. A tough subject tackled sensitively, although the narrative got a bit weird in places.
Blethyn is always excellent, and Kouyaté has a splendid face and is well-suited to his role.
