Great movie for those tired of the kid glove flicks who try so hard to be adult minus the balls to show blood and outright violence. Yes, summed up, it could be seen as some uber patriotic tripe that rationalizes "collateral damage" as simply a necessary evil to fight a worse evil.
Putting that aside, and simply enjoying it as a popcorn action flick? Pretty cool.
