Review of London Has Fallen (2016) by Thor D — 13 Jul 2016
With all the recognizable names (Gerard Butler, Morgan Freeman, Angela Bassett) the acting was well delivered and the action sequences (albeit a tad hammy and over the top at times) were well done. That being said, as the credits began to roll I couldn't shake the feeling that this was a 2 hour anti middle-east propaganda film.
The overtones of US superiority throughout the movie were glaring and hard to choke down. During the last half of the movie they might as well have hired a tiny man to jump out of the screen and beat you across the head with an American flag.
